Using the worlds’ leading skincare products and the latest aesthetic technology, MJ Exposé is able to provide advanced and specialised treatments for our customers.

Services (Treatments) & Packages

Clients will be expected to pay for additional treatment if the original treatment does not achieve the desired look. We will endeavour however to perform the treatment based on standard procedure. Results however, cannot be guaranteed and the treatment of side effects and complications are not included in the cost of the original treatment procedure. Therefore, no refunds can be given due to any of the above occurring.

Please note: that we do not offer refunds on any treatments already received. However, if you change your mind about a purchased treatment and no treatments have been redeemed, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note.

Products

You have 15 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make a return.

To do so, you must contact info@mjexpose.nz and document the reason for the return, the MJ Exposé will carry out the respective evaluation and will carry out the respective collection whenever the suitability of the product is verified, compliance status for return and there is justification for non–conformities with the product with regard to its filling and packaging.

Products must be intact in their original packaging and must not have been opened. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.

After validation of the returned package, you will be refunded with the order value through the same payment method used in the purchase (discounting the cost of return, to be estimated).

We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error or if you have a legitimate claim under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Exchanges

If you made a mistake with the product or changed your mind after receiving your order, we recommend that you make a return and re-order with the correct product.
